Worth The Investment?

They're holding a fall version of the Chocolate Salon in a few weeks and now that I know how to navigate such an event I'm thinking of going again.  I will eat breakfast first and take more legible notes.  Being even more short of money than usual, however, the question is whether the $20 cover is a good use of my resources.  I could buy four or five expensive chocolate bars for that much money and produce as many posts.  Then again, knowing me, the fact that I could buy that many chocolate bars doesn't mean I will, because I'm more likely to use the money to buy actual food when the time comes.  Depending on who shows up at the salon I might be able to get several more than four posts, but potentially fewer if it's companies I've tested before.   Hmmmmm.  Leaning toward going, but we'll see how the ol' bank statement looks when the weekend rolls around.
